  1. one of the problems I have with the using the angiocath needle (as opposed to the seldinger needle) is that it seems I don't always get the flash into the syringe, even with negative pressure. not sure if this is because there's less of a seal between the needle and syringe, or there's air leak around the angiocath, or just that the needle's smaller. thoughts?
